SO WHY THE NAME "SPARTAN"??

This is a question we get asked a lot.

​

Our family migrated from Sparta, which is a small town in Greece.

​

The Spartans were best know for valiantly defending a narrow pass through which an army sought to invade.

During two full days of battle, a small force of 300 soldiers led by their king blocked the only road by which the massive army could pass.

​

So when deciding what to call this new business that we opened during a pandemic, we thought what better name than one that is synonymous with courage against overwhelming odds?!
